Custom vinyl lettering and decals.
Our pricing is simple:
$ .09 per square inch for lettering; decals priced on a per decal basis.
(Depending on how detailed it is)
(With a minimum charge of $ .65/each)
For example, if you wanted a quote that was
4 inches high and 20 inches wide your cost would be:
4 in x 20 in = 80 sq in
80 sq in x .09 = $7.20 + shipping
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00.
International shipping is $8.00.
Since our vinyl is already priced very low, we normally do not offer a
quantity discount - but - we do occasionally for individuals or groups.
The quantity discount given is determined by how many
of each design you are ordering.
Shipping on quantity orders is a flat rate of $8.00.
International shipping is $12.00.

Please read carefully:
Custom vinyl has a turn around time of 2 weeks.
(We try to get the proof ready for your approval within 3 days of request.
After proof has been approved by you and payment received
you should receive your order within 2 weeks.)
If you need something sooner than 2 weeks,
we *may* have to charge an additional fee of $20 for rush orders.
(usually shipped within 4 days after payment is received.)
You will need to approve the final design
(a pdf file proof will be emailed to you to view)
before any vinyl is cut for custom orders.
Please proof designs carefully.
All of our vinyl is non-returnable.
To order custom vinyl
1. Measure the area in which you need vinyl. We need to know the size of vinyl you want - not the size of the area needing vinyl. For example: if you have a glass block that measures 5”x7”, but the area that you want vinyl on is only 4”x6”, we need to know this 4”x6” measurement.
2. The more specific your directions are, the BETTER. For example - tell us the exact size you need your vinyl to be (1 3/8 in x 2 15/16 in, or 8 in x 21 1/2 in).
If you can draw out your example this would help: if you needed a butterfly with the words “Butterfly Kisses”, if you could draw it out on paper and scan it in and email it to us, we will have a better idea of what design you are picturing in your mind and thus helping us design vinyl to be exactly how you want it.
3. If you are unsure of the size of vinyl you need, let us know the size of the area, what the area is (a wall, a wood board, a glass block, a window, etc) and we will proportion your vinyl to fit in that area.
4. We have many colors of vinyl available. Don’t just settle for black if you would really like it to be pink - we can do PINK! See our vinyl colors here.
5. When measuring for lettering and choosing a font, be aware that the size is measured from the top of the “T” to the bottom of the “y”.
6. If you have a logo you would like cut out of vinyl and you have the design already done, email it to us and we will let you know if it can be cut from vinyl. Not all logos look good in vinyl. Logos that are “too busy” may not look as good as a more “plain and simple” logo. If you are unsure, please let us take a look at it. We can sometimes fill in spaces in “busy” logos to make it look better once it is cut out of vinyl. All predesigned logos MUST be at least 300 dpi. jpeg, pdf, ai, or tiff file is preferred.
7. And finally - if you have no idea what design you want, just email us all your thoughts and we will design it for you - most are free of charge.
Please be aware that unless it is a pre-designed decal, graphic or lettering on one of our catalog pages, it is UNABLE to be sent under one week. It takes us this long to design and cut your custom vinyl.
All custom vinyl *MUST* be proofed and payment
received before *ANY* vinyl is cut for your order.
