1.  How long does it take to get my vinyl?  That depends on which kind you order.  Vinyl ordered directly from the website via the shopping cart, can take up to one week to ship - most are shipped faster, though.  Sometimes shipping takes longer during busy holiday times (summer and Thanksgiving/Christmas). 
If you are ordering custom vinyl (we are designing something just for you) this usually takes longer since you have to approve our PROOF of your design before we can cut it.  Once you approve custom work, and it is paid for, then the time is the normal turn-around time.  Please note: we do NOT cut or ship any custom vinyl until it has been proofed by YOU and paid for.

3.  I have a sketch of what I want my vinyl to look like.  Can you make vinyl from this?  YES!!  We love it when you can draw out what you want us to design because it helps us A LOT to know what you are wanting exactly!  You can scan it in and email it to us.  Or, you can email us a graphic you designed that you want made from vinyl.  We actually prefer this on custom designs.  It helps us tremendously to get *your* vinyl just how you want it.  ywbooks@yahoo.com

4.  Can I add wording onto a vinyl graphic you sell?  YES!  We can add words to any graphic - and at NO ADDITIONAL COST.  For an example of this, click here

5.  Here is a little visual help on how to apply vinyl - you can apply this technique to any size vinyl you are applying.  If you are applying a large piece of vinyl, you can cut it into as many sections as you need to to ease with the applying process.  BE SURE TO TAPE IN PLACE really well before cutting so your design stays in place after cutting into smaller pieces.  Don’t be afraid to use lots of tape on the top:

We now offer a PICK-UP option for those customers in the Central Utah area.  When ordering on the website, select the PICK-UP option in the shopping cart.  This is $2.00.  We will then email you with directions to where you pickup the vinyl when your order is ready.
 

Standard Shipping rates are as follows:
You will *usually* receive your order in 1-2 weeks after order is placed
$0.01-$7.99 = $3.95 shipping
$8.00-$19.99 = $5.25 shipping
$20.00-$34.99 = $6.55 shipping
$35.00-$100.00 = $9.35 shipping
$100.01-and up = $12.75 shipping

Priority Shipping rates are as follows:
You will *usually* receive your order in 2-5 business days after order is placed
$0.01-$34.99 = $12.35 shipping
$35.00-and up = $20.85 shipping


All orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number & delivery confirmation. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Your order is shipped between 1 and 7 business days of when order was placed, depending on supply and demand, and what was ordered.  Your order is shipped out as fast as it can be.  You will be notified if shipping will not take place within two weeks of ordering.  Business days are Mon-Fri.

We rely on third parties to deliver your packages to you.
We can only control when the order leaves our office.

International Shipping rates are as follows:
We’ve recently had to make some changes to our international shipping charges.  Shipping internationally has gotten very expensive.  We love our international customers and try to do everything possible to keep these charges low.
 

We can only ship vinyl internationally - not wood.
Please order VINYL only if your order is being shipped outside
of the United States. This also applies to APO addresses.

Standard International Shipping
$0.01-$19.99 = $10.25 shipping
$20.00-$39.99 = $18.15 shipping
$40.00-$100.00 = $26.95 shipping
$100.01-and up = $38.45 shipping

Priority International Shipping
$0.01-$75.00 = $31.25 shipping
$75.01-and up = $42.75 shipping

All international orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Tracking & delivery confirmation are not available, except on Priority International Shipping. Your order is shipped between 1 and 7 business days of when order was placed, depending on supply and demand, and what was ordered. Your order is shipped out as fast as it can be. You will be notified if shipping will not take place within two weeks of ordering.

If international packages get lost, you will need to “investigate” through your country’s postal service.  We can only guarantee timely & safe handling of your package while it is still in the United States.

Returns:
Your vinyl is not cut until it is ordered (unless it is an item
on our Bargain Bin page).  Because of this, we do not accept returns on our vinyl.  We will send you a new decal if we made a mistake on your order or if it was damaged beyond usage during shipment.
 

8.  What if I live in Central Utah and want to pick up my order?  Pick up orders are allowed.  This is our process for PICK UP orders:  In the NOTES section of your shopping cart, please leave us a note that you want to PICK UP your order.  Then also email us after ordering (so we can be sure this is what you want to do) and we will refund you all but $2.00 of the shipping charge. I will email you when your order is ready (and give you directions to come and pick up your order). *Plan on 2-4 business days.*.  You will be picking up your order in LEHI, UTAH.

9.  What is your current turn-around time for vinyl orders?  Our turn-around time for any vinyl order right now is 1 week + shipping (1-2 weeks total). We keep this up to date, so please check here before placing each new order.  Need it faster than one week? Email us and we will see what we can do (it will depend on the items needed).  We can sometimes squeeze an order in between other orders. Also - depending on the day, your order could be cut and shipped a day or two after ordering.  It all depends on what we have to cut each day.  Regardless, most orders are shipped within 7 days of ordering.  Thanks!

10.  NO RETURNS?  Why not?  All of our vinyl is non-returnable.    PLEASE contact us BEFORE ordering if you have any questions about the vinyl you are about to order.  Vinyl is only returnable if we made a mistake on your order or if it was damaged during shipment.  Your vinyl is not cut until you order it, therefore, every order we receive is personalized for you (size, color, custom text, etc...) Because of this, we cannot resell it since it is what you wanted, not someone else.   Please be sure you are ordering the correct style, size, color, quantity, etc...!

11.  The example picture of a design I ordered shows it on wood - but I did not receive wood with my order!  Where is the wood??  Unless the description states it comes with wood, or you order a KIT that includes wood, or the product info in the shopping cart indicates wood is included, you are ONLY ordering the VINYL LETTERING.  We strive to show examples of our vinyl lettering in a completed project - on an actual item.  This helps you see one way to use a particular design, and gives you ideas on how to use vinyl lettering in general.  This DOES NOT mean it comes with the items the lettering is on.  If you need wood to put your vinyl lettering on, we do sell wood - more information on ordering wood is here.  Please email us with any questions BEFORE ordering, since all of our vinyl is non-returnable: ywbooks@yahoo.com
