All of our vinyl is non-returnable. Please order correctly!
International orders: We can only ship vinyl internationally - not wood. Please order VINYL only if your order is being shipped outside of the United States. This also applies to APO addresses.
Wood orders: We have added on a small additional shipping charge onto all wood orders (varies with each project, wood size, and quantity for each project - added into the price of the wood kits). This is because wood is heavy and more costly to ship. We love supplying you with wood for your projects; this is the only way we can still offer this service to you.

1. How long does it take to get my vinyl? That depends on which kind you order. Vinyl ordered directly from the website via the shopping cart, the time varies during the year. On each page if you look up in the very top left hand corner there is a turn-around time. This is updated on a regular basis - and is accurate. This changes during the course of the year - busier times (holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas) will usually have a turn-around time of two weeks + shipping. If you are ordering custom vinyl (we are designing something just for you) this usually takes longer since you have to approve our PROOF of your design before we can cut it. Once you approve custom work, and it is paid for, then the time in the upper left hand corner is how long it will take to get to you. Please note: we do NOT cut or ship any custom vinyl until it has been proofed by YOU and paid for.

3. I have a sketch of what I want my vinyl to look like. Can you make vinyl from this? YES!! We love it when you can draw out what you want us to design because it helps us A LOT to know what you are wanting exactly! You can scan it in and email it to us. Or, you can email us a graphic you designed that you want made from vinyl. We actually prefer this on custom designs. 4. Can I add wording onto a vinyl graphic you sell? YES! We can add words to any graphic - and most at NO ADDITIONAL COST. For an example of this, click here

Payment, shipping, and returns: All payments are made via the PayPal shopping cart, on PayPal’s secure website. All major credit cards are accepted, along with echecks.

We now offer a PICK-UP option for those customers in the Central Utah area. When ordering on the website, select the PICK-UP option in the shopping cart. This is $2.00. We will then email you with directions to where you pickup the vinyl when your order is ready.

All orders are shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking number & delivery confirmation. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Your order is shipped between 1 and 7 business days of when order was placed, depending on supply and demand, and what was ordered. Your order is shipped out as fast as it can be. You will be notified if shipping will not take place within two weeks of ordering. Business days are Mon-Fri.

International Shipping rates are as follows: We’ve recently had to make some changes to our international shipping charges. Shipping internationally has gotten very expensive. We love our international customers and try to do everything possible to keep these charges low.
Standard International Shipping $0.01-$19.99 = $10.25 shipping $20.00-$39.99 = $18.15 shipping $40.00-$100.00 = $26.95 shipping $100.01-and up = $38.45 shipping
Priority International Shipping $0.01-$75.00 = $31.25 shipping $75.01-and up = $42.75 shipping

Returns: Your vinyl is not cut until it is ordered (unless it is an item on our Bargain Bin page). Because of this, we do not accept returns on our vinyl. We will send you a new decal if we made a mistake on your order or if it was damaged beyond usage during shipment.
